Baked by Roni – Terms of Use & Policies

By placing an order with Baked by Roni, you agree to these terms and conditions.
All baked goods are produced in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Texas Department of State Health Services but complies with Texas Cottage Food Laws.
Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and gluten. Customers with food allergies are responsible for notifying us before placing an order.

Orders must be placed at least 2 business days in advance unless customization is needed).
Custom orders must be placed 5 business days in advance
Full payment (or a deposit of 50% for custom cakes/orders over $50) is required to secure your order.
Payments are accepted via Square, Bakesy, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, or cash.
Orders are not confirmed until payment is received; some exceptions may apply for corporate and university orders.

Pick-up is available by appointment only.
Delivery may be available within 15 miles for an additional fee.
Customers must arrive on time for pick-up. Baked by Roni is not responsible for product condition after it leaves our possession.

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pick-up/delivery to receive a refund. Orders canceled less than 72 hours before the order date may be eligible for a refund less a 25% fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the order date.
Design changes can be requested up to 72 hours before the order, subject to approval.
Refunds will not be given for dissatisfaction with design, color shade, or taste preferences once the product is delivered.

Baked by Roni cannot guarantee allergen-free products. Customers assume responsibility for informing guests of potential allergens.
All products should be consumed within 2-3 days of pick-up/delivery and stored according to provided instructions for best quality.
We are not responsible for damages or spoilage due to improper handling/storage once the product leaves our possession.

Baked by Roni reserves the right to photograph all products for marketing and promotional purposes, even if the order is for a private event.
We will never share your personal information without your consent.

We respect your privacy. Personal information (such as name, contact details, and payment info) collected through this website is used only for order processing and communication.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
Our website may collect standard cookies or analytics to improve user experience.

Baked by Roni is not responsible for any illness, injury, or damages resulting from consuming or handling our baked goods.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
